Refund and Return Policy

Condition of goods

You should expect to receive your item/s in the same condition as when they left the factory. If your item/s arrive with visible damage we will happily arrange collection and send a replacement, if stock is available.

Change of mind

You can cancel your order prior to fulfillment, however we can not accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.

Damaged in transit

If your items are damaged in transit and you wish to have it replaced or refunded we will arrange a courier to pick up the items so they can be returned.
